HOW TO USE THE ONLINE ACCESSORY CATALOG:

1) Use the pull down menu at the top of each page to select the item category you would like to view. Then press the GO! button next to the pull down menu.

2) You can click on any picture to view a larger image of that particular item.

3) To inquire about pricing and to place an order you need to have the following information. Please make a note of it as you browse the catalog.
       Name of the product
       SKU number
       Quantity
       Personalization (if offered)

Please have all the information requested, so that your quote/order can be processed quickly.

4) You cannot place an order directly online, this online catalog is only meant to show and inform you of some of the product options available to you from our showroom.

5) Once you receive your price quote, you will need to place your order either in person (if in the Southern CA area) or by e-mail, fax or USPS mail. You may pay for your order in any of the following manners:
       In Person, Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover

E-Mail: PayPal or Yahoo Pay Direct

Fax: MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. You must include your signature, a copy of the front and back of your credit card and a copy of your driver’s license for verification purposes. Fax orders will not be processed without either of these items.

USPS Mail: Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. There will be a shipping hold for 10 business days for checks and 5 business days for money orders & cashiers checks.

6) We do not ship internationally due to excessive shipping fees, customs fees & declarations processing.

7) All orders are considered to be a CUSTOM ORDER and are therefore a FINAL SALE.

8) Returns will not be accepted or allowed, unless there was a shipping error (the wrong item was shipped) or a damage claim (a claim must be filed with the shipping company first. Contact us at weddings@PrincessAndLords.com for specific instructions for either of these two types of claims.

9) Drop ship delivery of products will generally take between 2 to 4 weeks. Pick Up orders generally take between 6 to 10 business days.
